Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Trenchpilot. They cover what the software does, what it does not do, what it costs, and what you can lose. Please read section 08, the risk disclosure, before you use the service.

Last updated 16 October 2026

01

Who we are and what these terms cover

Trenchpilot is trading software for the Solana blockchain, operated by the team behind @trenchpilotbot. In these terms, we, us and Trenchpilot mean that operator, and you means the person using the service.

Questions about these terms go to the contact in section 24.

These terms apply to the Trenchpilot website, the web app, the trading software, the strategies, and anything else we run that links here. By creating an account, connecting a wallet or turning on a strategy, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

What Trenchpilot is and isn't

Trenchpilot is trading software. You choose a strategy. The strategy sets the rules, and the software follows them by signing swaps on your trading wallet.

We are none of the following:

  • We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or money transmitter. We do not match orders and we do not take the other side of your trades.
  • We are not an investment adviser, financial adviser or fiduciary. We are not licensed or registered as any of those in any jurisdiction. We do not check whether trading suits you, and we make no personal recommendation to you.
  • We are not a fund. Nothing is pooled. Your capital is never mixed with anyone else's, including ours.
  • We guarantee nothing. We promise no profit, set no target return and give no protection against loss.
03

Who may use it

By using Trenchpilot you confirm that all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
  • You are using the service for yourself, not on behalf of someone you have not told us about.
  • You are not subject to sanctions, and you are not resident in, a national of, or accessing the service from a jurisdiction under comprehensive sanctions.
  • Using automated trading software and trading digital assets is lawful where you live, and you are responsible for finding out whether it is.

We may block access from specific countries, and we may refuse or end any account at our discretion. Do not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to get around a block. Doing so breaches these terms and is grounds for immediate termination.

04

Your account

You can sign in with an email and password, with Google, or with a Phantom wallet signature. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.

  • One account per person. Do not share it, sell it, or let anyone else operate it.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including every trade a strategy you turned on makes while you are asleep.
  • Keep your password, your email account and your wallet secure. If you think someone else has access, tell us straight away at the contact in section 24.
  • Give us accurate information. We can close an account that was opened with false details.
05

Your trading wallet

Your funds are not protected.

A software error on our side, a badly set strategy, adverse market conditions, or a compromise of our signing key could make swaps you did not want, at prices you would not have accepted, and that can take you to zero.

A Solana transaction that has been broadcast and confirmed is final, and no support request can undo it.

06

Your key is your responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for your Phantom wallet, its seed phrase, and any device or authenticator you use to reach it.
  • We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does, in any channel and in any wording, is attempting to steal from you.
  • Our only official channels are this website and @trenchpilotbot on X. Treat every other account, group, DM, airdrop or support agent claiming to be us as an impersonation until proven otherwise.
  • Check addresses and transactions yourself on a public block explorer. Do not treat our interface as the last word on what happened on chain.
07

Automated trading

When you turn on a live strategy, you let software trade your wallet without asking you first. There is no per-trade confirmation. Trades will happen while you are asleep, offline or not looking, and each one is a real transaction with real consequences.

Strategies are rule-based: entry conditions, filters, position sizing and exit conditions, applied to live market data. Where we use machine learning, it labels and explains. It does not choose your trades. Each strategy shows the settings it runs on, and the software records the reason for every decision it makes, including each time it decided not to buy. We may publish aggregate statistics.

You can pause or turn off any strategy at any time. You can also reach a person at the contact in section 24 about anything a strategy did. Pausing stops new trades. It does not close positions that are already open, and it does not undo trades already made.

A bot can run in paper mode or in live mode. In paper mode the software makes every decision as it would live, but the fills are simulated and no real money moves. Paper results have no real fills and no real slippage, and they are not a track record. In live mode every trade is real and uses real money in your trading wallet.

08

Risk disclosure

You can lose all of the money you trade with Trenchpilot. Do not put in anything you cannot afford to lose entirely.

The assets this software trades are among the most volatile that exist. Total loss is a possible outcome in this market, and automation makes things happen faster in both directions. By turning on a strategy you accept every risk below and take full responsibility for the outcome.

  • Total loss. Any position can go to zero, and all of them can at once. Several losing trades in a row can occur.
  • Past performance. Historical results, backtests, paper-mode figures, leaderboards, and anything another user achieved are not predictive of your results. Backtested and simulated numbers are hypothetical: they risked no real money and had no real fills.
  • No guarantee of profit. We make no representation that any strategy will be profitable, will beat holding, or will reach any particular result. We are not liable if you make no money.
  • Automation risk. A strategy trades without your approval. It can trade at bad prices, trade repeatedly during volatility, and behave in ways nobody predicted when conditions fall outside what it was designed for.
  • Slippage, MEV and priority fees. The price you get can differ from the price you saw. Your transactions are public before they confirm, so they can be front-run or sandwiched. Priority fees rise with congestion and are spent whether or not your swap succeeds.
  • Token risk. Solana launches include rug pulls, honeypots, contracts with mint or freeze authority still in place, and liquidity that disappears in one block. Strategy filters are designed to avoid some of this and will not catch all of it.
  • Protocol and smart contract risk. The exchanges, routers and programs your trades pass through can be exploited, halted or upgraded in ways that cost you money. We do not control them.
  • Third party risk. A failure or compromise at our wallet provider, at Phantom, or at an RPC or routing provider can cause loss, and we do not control any of them.
  • Network risk. Solana can halt or slow down. Transactions can fail, expire or land late. A stop that cannot be executed does not protect you.
  • Regulatory risk. The way the law treats this software and the assets it trades can change, and that could restrict, suspend or end your access without notice.
  • Suitability. This is not suitable for retirement savings, rent, borrowed money, or any money whose loss would materially affect your life.
09

Software limitations

Trenchpilot is software and can fail. We do not promise any level of uptime, speed or correctness, and we do not promise that any particular trade will happen.

  • The software may be down, slow, restarted or rate-limited, and may miss an entry or an exit entirely.
  • RPC providers, market data feeds, price sources and routing services can be slow, wrong or unavailable, and the software may act on stale or incorrect data.
  • Transactions may fail, expire before confirmation, or land at a price far from the one that triggered them.
  • A software error, a faulty release or a misconfiguration can cause trades you did not want, or stop trades you did want.
  • Balances, positions and profit figures on screen are our best reading of the chain and can be wrong or late. If the chain and our dashboard disagree, the chain is right.
  • We may pause trading, a strategy or the whole platform at any time, including in the middle of an open position.

Any of these can happen at any time, including during volatile markets. Size your risk with that in mind.

10

Fees

1% per side. One percent of the SOL value of each trade, charged on the buy and charged again on the sell, paid in SOL inside the same transaction to one public fee wallet. There is no subscription, no token, no cut of your profits, and no spread markup.

Worked example
  • Buy 1.00 SOL of a token → fee 0.01 SOL
  • Sell it later for 1.50 SOL → fee 0.015 SOL
  • Total paid to Trenchpilot: 0.025 SOL, which is 1% of the 2.50 SOL you bought and sold

"1% per side" means 1% when you buy and 1% when you sell. If you sell for about what you paid, a full round trip costs about 2% of your trade size. A strategy that trades often pays it on every trade, so it adds up quickly.

  • Our fee is separate from and additional to Solana network fees, priority fees, any exchange, AMM or router fee, and price impact. None of those go to us.
  • Network and priority fees are paid to validators and are not refundable even when the transaction fails.
  • Our fee is charged whether the trade makes money or loses it. It is taken inside the transaction that executes, so a swap that never executes produces no Trenchpilot fee. Fees already taken are not refundable.
  • We may change the fee. If we do, we publish the change on the site before it takes effect, and it applies only to trades made after that date.
  • Any referral reward or discount we offer is described on the site and may change. Self-referral, fake accounts and wash trading to farm rewards forfeit them.
11

Nothing here is financial advice

Nothing Trenchpilot produces is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. That includes strategy descriptions, filters, signals, scores, labels, explanations, statistics, anything written by our models, and anything we post on X or anywhere else.

We do not know your circumstances, your income, your other holdings or your risk tolerance, and we do not assess whether any of this suits you. Nothing here is a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. If you need advice, get it from someone licensed to give it where you live. Every decision you make with this software is yours.

12

Tax

You are solely responsible for your taxes. In many countries every swap is a taxable event, and an automated strategy can create a great many of them. We do not provide tax forms, cost basis reports or tax advice, and we do not report on your behalf to any authority. Keep your own records. Rebuilding a year of trades from the chain after the fact is your responsibility.

13

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Trenchpilot for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering or coordinated pump activity.
  • Use it to launder money, evade sanctions or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attack, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or try to reach any part of the system you were not given access to.
  • Interfere with another user's account, wallet or strategies.
  • Create multiple accounts to get around a block, a rate limit or the referral rules.
  • Misrepresent Trenchpilot, impersonate us, or present its output to anyone else as a promise of returns.
14

Third parties we depend on

Trenchpilot depends on services we do not own or control, including our wallet infrastructure provider (named in the privacy policy), Phantom for your key, Google if you sign in that way, RPC and data providers, and the decentralised exchanges and routers your trades pass through.

Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and you are bound by them when you use them. We do not control their availability, their security or their decisions. A failure, outage, price change or policy change at any of them can affect you directly, and we are not responsible for it.

15

Changes and availability

Features, strategies, limits and screens will change, and some will be removed. A strategy you rely on may be changed, paused or withdrawn. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

There is no service level agreement, no uptime commitment, and no guarantee that data you can see today will still be there tomorrow. Save anything you need to keep.

16

Suspension, termination and your funds

You can stop using Trenchpilot at any time. Turn off your strategies, withdraw, and close your account.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, sanctions exposure, or legal reasons.

17

Our software, your content

The Trenchpilot name, mark, interface and the software behind it belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended, for as long as you follow these terms.

Anything you write into the product, such as strategy settings or an application, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to run the service. We may publish aggregated statistics about how strategies perform, which do not identify anyone. We do not publish your account, your balances or your trades in a way that identifies you.

18

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, with all faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate or error free.

No advice or information, spoken or written, that you get from us or through the service creates any warranty that is not stated here.

19

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trenchpilot and the people who work on it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, unrealised gains, trading losses, or the loss or corruption of data, arising out of or connected to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the greater of the Trenchpilot fees you paid us in the six months before the claim arose, or 100 USD.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer right you have that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you rights beyond what is written here, you keep those rights.

20

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

21

Privacy

How we handle your data, including what we receive when you sign in with Google, what we keep, how long we keep it, and how to delete it, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Your wallet address and every trade made from it are public and permanent, and nobody controls them, including us. Deleting your Trenchpilot account does not and cannot remove anything from the Solana blockchain.

22

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and the version on this page is always the current one. For a material change we will give notice in the product or by email before it takes effect, where we reasonably can.

If you keep using Trenchpilot after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and withdraw.

23

Governing law and disputes

These terms do not choose a governing law, an exclusive court, or arbitration, and they do not waive your right to bring a claim wherever the law entitles you to bring it. Any mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live applies regardless of what these terms say.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce something is not a waiver of it.
