Recovery scam
Also written or said as: recovery scams, fund recovery scam, recovery expert
A second scam aimed at people who were already scammed, promising to get their money back.
After someone posts that they were drained, 'recovery experts' show up in the replies and DMs. They charge a fee up front or ask for your seed phrase, and nothing is ever recovered. Stolen crypto almost never comes back, and anyone promising otherwise for a fee is running the scam.
