Platforms, compared

Where people buy SOL, trade memecoins, launch them and check them. Every card says what the platform is good at and what to watch out for. Fees are as each platform published them on the date shown; they change, so check the site before you trade.

Where we have a referral link, the card says so. A referral never changes what we write about a platform. How to pick one →

Trading terminals

Web apps built for fast memecoin trading, with charts, filters and one-click buys.

  • Axiom

A fast Solana memecoin terminal and, by volume, the most used one for much of 2025 and 2026.

    Good at

    • Fast, clean layout that new users pick up quickly
    • Wallet tracking, an X monitor, limit orders and buy or sell on migration
    • The fee falls as your volume grows, paid back as cashback in SOL

    Watch out for

    • In February 2026 staff were accused of using internal support tools to look up users' wallet activity and of insider trading; Axiom said it removed that access and was investigating
    • At least 0.75% on every trade, and 0.95% until your volume grows
    • Lots of columns and settings for a first-timer
    • Perpetual futures sit in the same app. They are bets with borrowed money, and a small move against you can wipe out your whole stake, so leave them alone while you learn
    Fees
1% per trade with part paid back as cashback in SOL: you pay 0.95% net at the starting tier, falling to 0.75% at the top tier as your volume grows, read 2026-10-30

    Watch out for

    • 1% on every trade, with no volume discount in its fee docs
    • Busy screens that take time to learn

    Fees
1% per trade and nothing else added by GMGN; network, priority, tip and launchpad fees are separate, read 2026-10-30
    Best for
Traders who want wallet data and automation in one place.

One of the oldest Solana terminals, simple and quick to learn.

    Good at

    • Simple layout

    • Limit orders, DCA orders and a live feed of new coins
    • A long track record on Solana

    • Fewer extras than Axiom or GMGN
    • A flat 1% with no volume tiers in its fee docs
    • Look-alike phishing sites copy it, so use a bookmark
    Fees
1% of every buy and every sell, collected in SOL, read 2026-10-30
    Best for
Newcomers who want a plain terminal without many extras.

    • Run by pump.fun and linked from pump.fun's own menu
    • Trades on Solana, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain
    • Pays part of its fee back as cashback
    • pump.fun's 0.45% app fee is not charged on trades placed here

    • Owned by pump.fun, which also runs the biggest launchpad whose coins it shows
    Fees
Not published on its site; read the fee in the order panel before you confirm, read 2026-10-30

    Watch out for

    • Newer than the big terminals, with fewer research tools

  • Trojan

One of the biggest Solana Telegram bots, now with a web terminal too.

    Good at

    • 20% of every fee paid back as cashback, so about 0.8% net
    • You can export your wallet's private key from Settings, Wallets
    • A security password for sensitive actions and a confirm step before big sells

    Watch out for

    • If your Telegram account is taken over, your bot wallet is exposed
    • Fake copies of the bot circulate in groups and DMs
    • Shows far less about a coin than a terminal
    Fees
1% per trade, only on trades that go through, with 20% cashback to every user, read 2026-10-30
    Best for
Phone traders who want speed and simple automation.

    • Some features and higher limits sit behind a $200 a month Premium plan
    • The same Telegram account risks as any bot

Social trading apps

Phone apps where you see what friends and traders buy and can follow them in.

  • FOMO

A social trading app: follow traders, see what they buy and trade in a couple of taps.

    Good at

    • The easiest start: sign up without a seed phrase and fund with Apple Pay
    • FOMO pays the network fees on Solana
    • A feed, leaderboards and alerts on what the traders you follow buy
    • iPhone, Android and web, on seven chains including Solana

    Watch out for

    • Small Solana trades pay a high percent: 2% from 5 to 47.50 USDC on its lowest-fee route
    • Following people means buying after them, often at a higher price
    • Much less coin data than a terminal
    • No seed phrase to write down: your access depends on the account you sign in with, so lock that account with two-factor sign-in
    • The app signs your trades from a wallet it set up for you, so keep only trading money there
    Fees
Solana, lowest-fee route: 0.10 USDC under 5 USDC, 2% from 5 to 47.50 USDC, 0.95 USDC from 47.50 to 190 USDC, 0.50% above that. Other Solana routes: 0.50% with a 0.95 USDC minimum. Other chains: 0.50% plus network fees. 10% off with a referral code, read 2026-10-30

Launchpads

Where new coins are created and their first trades happen.

  • pump.fun

The best-known Solana memecoin launchpad. Coins trade on a bonding curve, then graduate to PumpSwap.

    Good at

    • Free to create a coin: you pay only the network costs
    • A large share of new Solana memecoins start here
    • Livestreams, a leaderboard and a phone app
    • Creators earn a share of each trade's fee, unless they send it to holders or a charity

    Watch out for

    • Most coins launched here never graduate and go to zero
    • Its app and website now add a 0.45% platform fee on top of the coin's own trading fee
    • Snipers and bundlers are active from the first second
    Fees
Creating a coin: no platform fee, only network costs. Bonding curve: 1.25% per trade, 0.30% of it to the creator. Graduation: 0.015 SOL. PumpSwap: 1.25% falling to 0.30% as market cap grows. Good at

    • A real alternative to pump.fun for new launches
    • Built by the BONK community with Raydium

    • Its share of new launches has swung hard: it passed pump.fun in mid-2025, then fell back behind it
    • The same sniper and bundle risks as any launchpad
    Fees
No fee schedule published that we could find: check the trade screen. About half of Bonk.fun's fee income buys BONK for Bonk Inc., a listed company that holds it, read 2026-10-30
    Best for
Traders who follow the BONK community's launches.
  • StonkFun

A Solana launchpad where a new coin can be paired with almost any asset, from memes to tokenized stocks and currencies, built on Raydium's LaunchLab.

    Good at

    • Coins graduate into a Raydium pool
    • The second-busiest Solana launchpad by fees in the 30 days to 30 October 2026
    • Much of its income goes to buying back its own STONK token

    Watch out for

    • A creator can buy up to half the supply in one transaction at launch
    • A coin paired with another asset also rises and falls with that asset
    • It is young: it moved its launches to LaunchLab in September 2026
    • The same sniper and bundle risks as any launchpad
    Fees
A 1% platform fee on curve trades, plus Raydium's own fee and any creator fee. No full schedule published that we could find: check the trade screen, read 2026-10-30
    Best for
Traders who want coins paired with something other than SOL, and know the extra risk that brings.
  • Bags

A launchpad and app where a coin's trading fees are shared with the people named at launch.

    Good at

    • Fee sharing is built in: by default half of each trade's fee goes to the coin's creator and the people they named before migration, and 0.75% of the trade after
    • Creators can name several people to share the fees

    Watch out for

    • A 2% default trading fee, higher than pump.fun's 1.25% curve fee
    • Coins here carry the same rug and dump risks as anywhere
    Fees
Default for SOL launches: 2% per trade. Before migration 1% to the platform and 1% to the creator's side (on new launches a quarter of that goes to the wallet that set up the launch, the rest to the people it named); after migration 0.75% each, plus 0.5% added back to the pool, read 2026-10-30
    Best for
Creators who want to share fee income, and traders who follow those coins.

    • You have to verify your identity
    Fees
Instant and recurring buys 1% (1.5% on custom orders), but small instant trades pay a fee of up to $2 instead of the 1%; payment fees and the spread come on top; Kraken Pro from 0.40% maker and 0.80% taker, read 2026-10-30

Wallets

Apps that hold your keys and sign your trades.

    Good at

    • Self-custody: Phantom says you control your funds
    • Flags transactions it thinks are malicious
    • Works with Ledger hardware wallets
    • Swaps and a desktop trading screen

    Watch out for

    • Most in-wallet swaps, memecoin buys included, carry a 0.85% Phantom fee on top of the network fee
    • Swap screens show little about a coin
    • Perpetual futures are one tap from your wallet, where offered. They are leveraged bets, and a small move against you can wipe out the stake
    Fees
Sending costs only the network fee; most in-wallet swaps carry a 0.85% Phantom fee (deposits to your perps balance and stablecoin swaps into your Cash account are exempt), listed in the fees you review before you confirm, read 2026-10-30

Data and checking tools

Sites people use to look a coin up before they buy it.

  • DEX Screener

Charts and live stats for almost any token that has a pool, across many chains.

    Good at

    • Every token is listed automatically once it has a pool
    • Charts, volume, liquidity and recent trades in one place

    Watch out for

    • Projects can pay for Enhanced Token Info and for Boosts, which raise a coin's trending score for 12 to 24 hours
    • A paid listing or a boost is not a safety check
    Best for
Looking up any coin's chart and trading activity.
  • Solscan

A Solana block explorer: look up any wallet, token or transaction.

    Good at

    • See exactly what a transaction did
    • Check a token's holders and who controls it
    • Trace where a wallet's money came from

    Watch out for

    • Raw data that takes practice to read
    • Shows facts, not whether a coin is safe
    Best for
Checking what really happened on chain.
  • Bubblemaps

Draws a token's holders as bubbles and links wallets that have traded with each other.

    Good at

    • Makes clusters of linked wallets easy to see
    • Works on Solana and 14 other chains

    Watch out for

    • A link between wallets is a clue, not proof
    • Fresh wallets with no shared history can hide a cluster
    Best for
Spotting one person or group holding a coin through many wallets.
  • RugCheck

A token risk scanner for Solana coins.

    Good at

    • A quick risk summary for a token
    • A useful second opinion next to other tools

    Watch out for

    • A low risk score is not a guarantee
    • Automatic scores can miss bundles and coordinated wallets
    Best for
A fast first look before you dig deeper.

This guide is for learning. It is not financial advice. Most memecoins go to zero and most people who trade them lose money. Only ever trade what you can afford to lose.
