A coin's DexScreener page starts out bare. Paying for Enhanced Token Info adds the picture, banner and socials, and it cost $299 as of October 2026, so 'DEX paid' tells you someone spent real money on the coin. It is a small sign of effort and no more than that: plenty of rugs pay for DEX too.
