Boost
Also written or said as: boosts, boosted, dexscreener boost, golden ticker
A paid promotion that pushes a coin up DexScreener's trending list for a while.
Anyone can buy boosts for a coin. DexScreener says they last 12 to 24 hours and raise a coin's trending score without guaranteeing it a spot, and a coin with 500 or more active boosts gets a golden ticker. Boosts tell you somebody spent money on promotion, often the dev or a group of holders, and nothing about whether the coin is safe. Not to be confused with pump.fun's BOOST, which is a buyback after graduation.
