Memecoin

A coin built around a joke, an image, a story or a community, with no product behind it.
A memecoin is worth what people will pay for it and nothing more. Dogecoin started the idea in 2013, and on Solana launchpads made it possible to create one in a minute, so tens of thousands can launch in a single day. A handful become famous, and most go to zero within days.
