Transaction

Also written or said as: tx, txn, transactions

One action recorded on the blockchain, like a buy, a sell or a transfer.

Every transaction has a signature, a long ID you can look up on an explorer to see exactly what happened. When someone claims they bought or sold, the transaction is the proof. On Solana a transaction usually confirms within a second or two, or it fails.
