Ape

To buy a coin fast, with little or no research.
'I aped' means 'I bought quickly without checking much'. Say a coin with a funny name shows up on your feed at a $15,000 market cap and you put 0.5 SOL in within seconds: you aped. Aping is how some people catch early runners and how most people buy rugs, so ape only with amounts you can afford to lose.
