Bagholder
Also written or said as: bagholder, bag holder, bagholders, left holding the bag
Someone still holding a coin after it crashed, usually at a big loss.
If you bought at the top and the coin fell 90%, you are the bagholder. Every rug and every dump ends with a crowd of them, because someone is always holding when the buyers stop coming. The best protection is deciding your exit before you buy.
