Market cap
Also written or said as: mcap, mc, market capitalization, marketcap, mkt cap
A coin's price times its supply. The number memecoin traders use instead of price.
Memecoin prices are tiny fractions of a cent, so traders talk in market cap. A coin with 1 billion tokens at $0.00005 each has a $50,000 market cap. Market cap is not money sitting in the coin: a $1 million coin may have only $100,000 of liquidity, and nobody could sell $1 million worth at that price.
