Volume bot
Also written or said as: volume bots, vol bot, bump bot, bumping, maker bot
A bot that buys and sells a coin over and over to make it look busy.
Teams pay for volume bots to push a coin onto trending lists and keep the chart lively. Typical signs are many tiny trades of near-identical size at regular intervals, from a handful of wallets that buy and sell in turn. Much of a coin's volume can be bots, so look at who is trading as well as how much.
