Volume
Also written or said as: vol, trading volume, 24h volume, 5m volume
The total value traded in a coin over a period, like the last 5 minutes or 24 hours.
Volume shows how busy a coin is: $500,000 traded in an hour on a $300,000 market cap coin means it is changing hands fast. Rising volume with a rising price is a common sign of real interest. Volume is also the easiest number to fake, with bots trading back and forth.
