Block (slot)
Also written or said as: slot, block 0, same block, first block
One step of the blockchain, when a batch of transactions is confirmed together.
Solana moves in slots a fraction of a second long, about five a second in October 2026, and each slot can hold a block of transactions. Buying 'in block 0' means buying in the same block the coin was created in, which nobody clicking a button by hand can do. When many wallets buy in the first block or two, that points to snipers or a bundle.
