Stealth launch

A coin launched with no announcement, so nobody gets a head start.
The idea is to beat snipers and insiders: the coin simply appears, and the first buyers are whoever notices. In practice sniper bots watch every new coin anyway, so going stealth mainly cuts out the dev's own audience. And some 'stealth' launches were announced in a private chat first.
