Soft rug
Also written or said as: soft rugged, soft rugging
The dev abandons the coin and sells their tokens, without pulling liquidity or using any trick.
Nothing technical breaks: the dev dumps their bag, deletes the socials and moves on. For holders the result looks a lot like a rug. On launchpad coins, where liquidity cannot be pulled, it is a very common way for a coin to die.
