Token
Also written or said as: tokens, coin, coins
A digital asset that lives on a blockchain. Traders say coin and token for the same thing.
Strictly, SOL is Solana's coin and everything else on Solana is a token, but traders call memecoins coins anyway. A token is just a record on the blockchain of which wallet holds how much. Making one takes about a minute on a launchpad, which is why there are so many.
